Found while preparing the public software pages for www.schlittermann.de (static review, not a full audit).

bin/dnsvi says "This program is released unter the Terms of the GPL." (typo: "unter"), but master has no LICENSE/COPYING file and no version of the GPL is named. Reuse terms are therefore unclear and the project cannot be labelled open source on the website.

Please add the licence text, name the version ("GPL-2.0-or-later"?) and fix the typo.
