Found while preparing the public software pages for www.schlittermann.de (static review, not a full audit).

The repository is public but has no LICENSE/COPYING file, so the licence (and whether reuse is allowed) is unclear. The project cannot be described as open source until a licence is added.

Please decide on a licence (the other IUS tools use Apache-2.0) and add the file and, if wanted, SPDX headers.
