Found while preparing the public software pages for www.schlittermann.de (static review, not a full audit).

The repository is public but has no LICENSE/COPYING file, so reuse rights are unclear and the project cannot be labelled open source on the website.

Please decide on a licence and add the file (and SPDX headers if wanted).
