Found while preparing the public software pages for www.schlittermann.de (static review, not a full audit).

README.md line 72ff.: section Operating only says "To be completed".
The README describes the CA key as private/ca_rsa / ca_rsa.pub; please check this against what ssh-ca init really creates and where sign expects the public key (the POD in bin/ssh-ca appeared inconsistent about the location of ca.pub).

(Review by reading the README/POD only; behaviour not tested.)
