Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The shared hook script should not run if there was no modification. And if it runs, die list of domains should only include the domains of certs that are changed.
