Delete branch "fix/#4"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
We still support the -servername option if you need anything else than
the FQDN.
This may break existing applications if the server provides the short
"cert-proxy" (or similar) name only.
