Logs now distinguish scan=initial, scan=startup, and scan=idle. Initial scans only emit tagged hits unless verbose/debug is enabled, while IDLE wakeups emit every processed message. Mailbox-scoped warning/error output now includes the mailbox name, and state saves use unique temp files before rename.
